Telecom subscribed to Datamail's RightNow CRM (customer relationship management) hosted service to help manage the thousands and thousands of inbound web queries, emails, phone calls and text messages. In 2008 alone 1.8million web answers were provided, almost 19,000 emails were automatically answered and customer service satisfaction rose significantly. Customer web based inquiries are currently 250,000 per month, and growing - and the number of incomimg emails are reducing.
