Gary Woodham

Chief Executive Officer

Gary is responsible for the overall vision and leadership of the Datamail group of companies. He is also a member of the Senior Executive Team at New Zealand Post.

In a career spanning more than 25 years in business process outsourcing, Gary has achieved considerable recognition as a change management specialist.

Before his appointment as CEO of Datamail Group in 2004, Gary was Manager of Business Process Outsourcing for EDS Asia Pacific. While at EDS, he was the project manager behind the successful integration of, firstly, Databank and, subsequently, GCS into the EDS New Zealand operations.

 

Zac Berry

Chief Operating Officer

Zac has end to end responsibility for Datamail, Converga and Kinetic121 operations, including associated information technology, development, and professional services.

Joining Datamail in 2004, Zac has brought extensive operational and process re-engineering experience with 15 years in the freight forwarding, electrical manufacturing, information technology and business process outsourcing sectors.

 

Greg Woodham

Group General Manager, Shared Services and Chief Financial Officer

Greg is responsible for the financial management of the Datamail Group, as well as the provision of strategic counsel on matters such as procurement and key acquisitions. He also manages the shared services of the Group which includes human resources and administration.

Greg joined Datamail as Chief Financial Officer soon after the company's incorporation in 1989. He has extensive senior financial management experience in a range of sectors including manufacturing, property development and construction. Previously, Greg held senior auditing roles in both New Zealand and Europe.

 

Nick Fox

Group General Manager, Sales

Nick leads the sales and account management teams, with responsibilities for growing the market share of Datamail Group's leading-edge business solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Since joining Datamail in 1999, Nick has been integral to the development and sale of the electronic aspects of the Group's solutions. In particular, Nick was responsible for bringing pre-eminent customer relationship management application, RightNow Technologies, to the New Zealand market in 2001, enabling numerous NZ businesses to significantly enhance customer service and satisfaction.

Nick has over 15 years experience in the technology arena, which includes senior sales roles at major corporates such as Xerox and BellSouth.

 

David Allen

Head of Products and Incubator

David is responsible for creating new business opportunities for Datamail's core business offerings including on-line activity, print and mail as well as archive and retrieval services. He ensures that the changing needs of clients continue to be met as new technologies and communication channels emerge.

In addition David looks after the businesses “incubator” activities. This is where new ideas / solutions are tested and concepts trailed in conjunction with client needs. It’s a fail fast concept that encourages innovation and forward thinking.

David joined Datamail as Sales and Marketing Manager when the business was first established in 1989, and he has since held a variety of senior business development positions within the company.

In particular, David has played an integral role in securing major new business for Datamail, including one of the company's largest and most enduring customers, the Bank of New Zealand.
